Sonic Maps is a very original smartphone tool created by Ignacio Pecino for Iphone and Android giving you the ability to create locative soundscapes on the go during your walks. It is based on 2 smarthpone apps, a player and a editor. It is very important to upload your sounds previously on your sever or on your Dropbox and keep the urls on your smartphone te be able to copy / paste the links inside the app when you want to create on the go. I would like to see a recording audio button to be able to record and geolocate interviews during the editing, useful for activists and journalists.
