Below, the list of my favourite personal Earth Stories i created along the years in the context of my collaboration as Art director with the holistic scientist Rich Blundell. What i like to call "Hammocking Cinema" is an intend to approach the best practices to reflect on the social network and the society in general, how we can reconnect with nature in a very simple a passionate way with a little bit of art, wisdom and science. Each video represents one or several concepts of the Cosmosis (feeling we are part of the cosmos) defined by Rich Blundell like, fractal thinking, radical affection, appreciation and gratitude. These videos (and more) are geolocated on the Earth Stories interactive map we created for the Oika project. We are also working on teaching how to create Earth stories to kids in the US, UK and Spain. You can find more information about the Oika Kids workshops here. Many thanks for your interest :)

Experiencing the Cosmosis

I intend to express in less than 2 minutes and without previous plan, the experience i am living from the hammock with the Earth. First of all i enter into space and spend several minutes and even hours to be accepted and rooted. I open as much as i can all my senses and when i feel connected, i use my mobile phone to record with sounds and images my intimate feeling with nature. I like to call these short audiovisuals Hammocking Cinema. The story and the worlds unfold as if the Earth itself, the trees, the insects, the light and the wind reflect their beauty through my body and my mind. It is when mobile technology really is mobile, a powerful receiver and an transmitter of Gaia.
